Marte's deep understanding and sincere joy of this subject are an amazing asset to someone like me who is new to meditation. I truly LOVED this opportunity to learn more about mindfulness and meditation and the Jewish overtone of the class made the subject even more meaningful for me. From the materials she sent us, the discussions during class, and the sample practice group meditations, I learned new techniques and rediscovered old habits that I never even realized could be considered as one aspect of a more mindful lifestyle.
